These are shot of some of the girls skates and pads from the Flint City Derby Girls bout last Sunday.

Shots from last Sunday’s Flint City Derby Girls vs. Race City Rebels.  This event was a fund raiser for our church to support the Whaley House in Flint.  http://www.whaleyhouse.com/  Much fun was had by all.

I was on my way home this week and shot these images at midnight in Clarkston, MI.  As I drove home there was thick fog near the lakes and I was planning for an erie looking shoot.  When I got into town, there was not much fog, but blowing snow and a lot of snow.

I found these shots up in the choir loft of a church I was in last Friday.  I was there to record the memorial for a friend, got there early and wandered a bit.  The church was one of the grand old Detroit churches, on Schoolcraft near Wyoming.  The memorial was a stirring event.

My wife mentioned on of her favorite movies, Thunderheart, and how she wants to go to Wounded Knee.  I remembered I had been there a few years ago and looked up the files.  I had not done anything with these shots since I captured them on one of my cross country road trips.  The strange looking camera in the lot in front of the gate in one shot is a Spheron, panoramic camera that shoots HDR domes

Shots from a recent recording session of Reverend Calvin Golden in Hazel Park MI.  I have had the pleasure of photographing a few of the group’s past concerts and already knew a few of the songs.  Wonderful music, not sure what to call it, Gospel, Worship?

Details from a recent wedding in Bloomfield Hills, MI

I was a float in the Clarkston Holiday Lights Parade last Saturday.  I shoot from the back of our pickup and post the images on www.clarkstonphoto.com

I went out last night to shoot Xmas lights at dusk.  The sky was a beautiful blue and contrasted with the warm glow of the lights.  That’s the only thing that was warm.  I also went out to test the camera in very cold conditions for the parade on Saturday.  Camera worked fine, need better gloves

Met Alicia and Nate downtown Detroit and shot the typical Comerica Park and Fox Theatre.  We then went across I-75 and shot some skyline and desolate buildings
